A: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, excluding holidays.
Q: What formats can I receive my reports in?
A: All reports can be emailed or faxed. We can also complete your data forms and prepare customized electronic deliverables for specific regulatory programs. Reports can also be viewed through our ClientConnect system.
Q: What documentation should be included with my sample?
A: All samples must be submitted with a completed Chain of Custody Form, provided by Davy.
Q: Can you handle Rush Order Processing?
A: Call to arrange rush order processing, if normal turnaround time does not meet your needs.
Q: How do I sign up for ClientConnect to view my results online?
A: Contact Davy Laboratories at info@davyinc.com for a username and password.
